Celebrating Vaachan Prerna Diwas

 

 

To mark the Birth Anniversary of Honourable Ex-President of our country, Late Dr. A.P.J . Abdul Kalam, the students’ of Rashtriya Shikshan Sanstha’s Swami Vivekanand Nigh College of Arts and Commerce, Dombivli celebrated Reader Motivation Day on October 15, 2019 at Pandit Dindayal Upadhyaya Hall in the college premises.

 

 

 

On this occasion Principal Dr. Anuja Palsuledesai highlighted the importance of reading in this digital age. She also asserted that our library has collection of variety of books and students’ should take maximum advantage of it. The enthusiasm of the students’ was reflected with students’ active participation in the two events namely book review & dialogue reading organized by the Readers Club of the Institution. The book reviews were done by Madhuri Ranalkar(FYBA) and Gautam Gond(SYBCom)

 

 

 

Dr. Shrinivas Athalye, who co-ordinated the programme explained the rationale and motivation behind Readers Club and appealed the audiences to join the Reader Club.

The programme ended with the vote of thanks.
