Remembering the Spirit of Jalianwala Baag: An Unfortunate Event

The NSS unit of Swami Vivekanand Night College, Dombivli along with the Historical Review Committee of Dombivli and ABVP (Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad) organsied an event to remember the massacare of Jailianwala Baag. The objective of this program was to throw light on the Jalianwala Baug incident that completed 100 yrs andto make to todays youth aware of its relevance. 

 

 

 

On this occassion Principal Dr. Anuja Palsuledesai welcomed Dr. Varadraj Bapat, Department of Commerce and "Accountancy, IIT Mumbai. A Reseach student Mihir Desai explained the relevance of the incident in detail and narrated the incident till the climax.
 

 

 

Dr. Varad Raj Bapat expalined the studentsabout the functioning of ABVPand urged students to participate and conduct various programmes that will help to enhance not only Intelligence Quotient but also Emotional Quotient, /Socail Quotient and Spiritual Quotient. Shri Chandrashekhar Vaze and Shri Kelkar assoicated with the Historical Review Committee Dombvili also spoke on this ocassion.
