About Department
Samarth College, Lakhani, run by the Rashtriya Shikshan Sanstha, Lakhani, started teaching Political Science from 1964. The department focuses on various workshops, lectures, and seminars to make students aware of the Constitution and cultivate fundamental human values.
Historical Leadership:
1) Dr. Narayan R. Khekale served from 01/07/1968 to 30/11/1994.
2) Prof. Anil Bhandarkar served from 30/11/1994 to 16/06/2003.
3) Prof. Lalchand N. Meshram has been leading the department from 17/06/2003 onwards.
Today, Prof. Lalchand Meshram continues to guide the department towards academic excellence and civic awareness.
