" The NCC unit of Samarth Mahavidyalaya was established in 1982 and is affiliated to 4 MAH BN NCC, NAGPUR. Lt. Anil Deshpande served as the first officer of the college unit. The unit has an annual enrollment capacity of 52 cadets. Selection is strictly based on academic records, physical/medical standards, and the candidates' commitment to serving in India's military and paramilitary forces. "
