The physical education department has been started from 1964, establishing year of Samarth Mahavidyalaya Lakhani. The prime motto of this department is to make the students mentally and physically sound. Interest about the Athletics and ground activities exercises has been created in the students of rural areas by the physical education department of Samarth Mahavidyalaya Lakhani. Many students gone upto the state and inter university level. To develope the students mentally and physically well is the motto of the department in our college. It helps to create leadership in the students. Through gymnasium many students come to know the importance of sound body.
